morabu
i have heard of Semi's hitting this milestone, but not an everyday pickup truck, DAMN! looks like he will probably get a free Brand new FREE Silverado from Chevy, and some cash since they will buy his truck from him http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080212/ap_on_fe_st/odd_million_mile_truck LIKE A ROCK! Bgbdbn
Guy down the street from me did it in his F-150. Took it to the dealer hoping to get a new truck out of it. They kinda just said thats cool and offered him a little money for it on trade.

TheHaze
Take that imports. Actually this is making the news only because nobody expected it out of a Chevy. Science Abuse
Take that imports. You sillyfuck, the first million mile cars in history were foreign. They don't even count million mile Benz's anymore. Oh, and http://www.autoblog.com/2007/10/01/craigslist-find-of-the-decade-930-000-mile-95-honda-civic/ No kidding. There was a guy that got a free Accord from Honda a couple years ago because his old wagon hit the 1,000,000 mile mark, but you didn't hear much about it outside of Ohio, or maybe even outside of Honda. Patrick
That article about the Volvo was pretty cool. I've heard of original 12a and 13B rx-7's hitting over 200k without a rebuild.
Lustalbert
Dads 87 Chevy hit 387K, then the odometer died. That was about 10 years ago, still serving faithfully as a farm truck, pulling wagons, and growing rust. 4X4 still works fine. The 350 just wont die. TTQ B4U
your neighbor isn't talking to the right decision makers. dealers could care less. he needs to go to Ford directly.....and the right person in Ford. Guy down the street from me did it in his F-150. Took it to the dealer hoping to get a new truck out of it. They kinda just said thats cool and offered him a little money for it on trade.
