medium fast
A few weeks ago there was an "incident" on the way home from the bar in my cousins Mercedes. A girl could not handle her drinks and decided to vomit all over the inside of the car. I called him at 3a.m. and made an appointment for the next day to detail the inside of the car. He took the seat out and got everything out of the car. There is still a faint smell, and now he is going to go back and shampoo the carpets and try to get the lingering smell out. Top notch detailer, and very cheap. Give him a call- 614-588-2254
HotCarl
I didnt know he did this sort of work, but I'll keep him in mind if I need anything.

GSXRAntwon
Thanks Preston, that car was by far the nastiest car I have ever detailed!
medium fast
She is still not happy about it, this is the main point of our conversations everyday. If Antwon doesn't completely get the smell out, I think she might actually kill me. My life is in his hands, so if I am alive next week I strongly recomend his service. Kevin R.
Probably gonna need an ozone generator to get that nasty ass smell out.
medium fast
where and how much? haha
Kevin R.
where and how much? haha $200+ I don't know if Andy has one or not. May want to check if it is THAT bad. Throw up smell should go away if it is just in the carpet. If the smell got into your vents and shit is stuck there, then you will probably need one to get it out. It is one of the only ways I know of to get something like cigarette smell out after it gets into the vents. But that is way worse than throw up as far as lingering smells. Good luck. Kevin R.
BTW props to Antwon for dealing with cleaning up puke. One of the nastiest things to clean, especially out of crevices in a vehicle. :barf:
Kevin R.
Another thing you could try if the smell continues to hang around you can reclean it using an enzyme based cleaner. It will actually attack the bacteria causing the smell. Commonly used in getting rid of pet odors. Something like this: http://www.jondon.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=2615 Just suggestions, not trying to shit on the thread. medium fast
The ozone thing is next if Antwon and I cant seem to get it. I know he has cleaned the hell out of the car. So far the list of things we have tried goes like this.... Antwon cleaned the car completely and steam cleaned the carpet, and seat. 2 different kinds of "odor eliminating" products from a pet store. coffee, baking soda, vinegar, activated charcoal, rubbing alcohol. Were they enzyme based cleaners? That is what you need. Sounds like you tried most everything though. GL

medium fast
Actually, I couldnt wait. It was a text that I thought he would just respond to in the mourning. I doubt he wants people calling him at 3am. This was definitely an emergency though. I was somewhat responsible for the puke all over the inside of a 50k mercedes. Kevin R.
Have heard good things about this when sprayed into where the air enters the heater. http://www.amazon.com/Ozium-Professional-Sanitizer-Original-aerosol/dp/B000BQWJN4 Little cheaper than an ozone machine. Clifford Automotive
An Ozone machine is a deionizer. The best way to clean nasty shit out of carpets it denatured alcohal, ammonia, and water mix. Saturate the hell out of it and extract it.
