Sully
Where are some places in/around Columbus to look for ceiling fans? I've been to Lowe's, Home Depot, and Wally World. I didn't like the fans at any of these places. Any other places I should look this weekend? Thanks.

Tractor
Might try a bargain outlet. Theres one by Harbor Freight and I've seen some others around town. They have cheap junk and better stuff and you never know what you might find. Evan
Nitrousbird
Great Indoors is pretty cool. Don't forget to get a remote control for it. I got my LCD remote for $35 at Lowes...and they are cake to install. I have it for my bedroom ceiling fan and use it a lot.

I did that last night, but you can't really get a good feel for how a ceiling fan looks in a picture. I want to see it in person before I buy it. I just need to find a fan that I like.
iwishiwascool
I just bought this beast: http://images.lightinguniverse.com/img/l/138/1343309_sku.jpg [Hunter Valhalla] It is quite sick. You would be hard-pressed to fund that or any other very unique fan in retail. I ordered it out of the Hunter catalog.

TA In Progress
Just don't be like the guy I used to work with that hung his ceiling fan using drywall anchors in the ceiling. Needless to say, it ended up on his kitchen table a few days later. And this guy used to work on airplanes (he's a cop now).
