Hi all,

 

My name is Ken and I found about about the forum when I saw a red Civic with a rollcage in it that had a Columbusracing.com sticker on it about a week ago on 256. :) I've got a 99 Civic EX that I'm currently trying to sell that's got a bunch of work done to it. It's listed on Craigslist at the moment but hopefully if enough people on here don't mind me, I'll be allowed to post it in the classifieds here too. My daily driver for now is an 06 Charger R/T. All it's got on it at the moment is a cat back Flowmaster system and 80k miles. I wouldn't mind selling her either.

 

Other background info on me is that I was born and raised in WI and moved here to Columbus about 2 years ago for work. When I lived with the rest of the cheeseheads I was really big in to car audio and competed for SQ in USAC for a couple years. I still do some car stereo work on the weekends for people but have cut it down quite a bit just for the sake of having free time. Since then I have also taken the system out of my Civic and have been trying to figure out what to do with it next. Other than all of that I tend to spend most of my free time shooting pool, so if you see a guy that looks like Adam from Mythbusters hanging around a pool table come on over and say hi.

Not to worry... I don't even know where Milnor is. In fact I have put less than 3k miles on her over the last 4 years. She just sits in the garage waiting for a new owner.

 

And since I'm not one of those guys you mentioned, thanks for the welcome :D

We should ditch measuring a cars value in a monetary sense and only use a ratio of pizzas per HP.

Hey, welcome from Pickerington also. I have the white Stealth in my sig ( it's loud ), and my dad has a red 06 charger R/T ( only semi-loud ), so you might see either around. My dad's closing in on 45k in his, and I thought that was a lot.....80k is an achievement!

Thanks for the welcomes. I'll be sticking around the site whether I sell the Civic or not. If nothing else I might be able to help with audio and Honda questions. :) Since I'm still relatively new to Ohio it'll be nice to get to know some more folks with common interests. Are there ever CR meets or cookouts around town?

For fun sounds good to me. It's actually a lowly single cam engine so she's not that fast. Plus it's never been officially tuned. It's only saving grace is that it actually has quite a bit more low end torque than a normal Honda 1.6 due to the blower. Alright I just logged out of my photo hosting site and came back here. The images are coming up fine for me. They're all off of the same site too so I don't really know why the scooter pic would work and thee rest won't. Either way here is the link to my photo galleries...
