Here's one site.

http://www.savannahcatbreed.com/index.shtml

If I ever get a cat, it'll be one of these. They cost a fortune, but they are just awesome. I do remember seeing a picture of a cat like the one you have above. But I can't remember the site where I saw it. You could send the pic to one of these savannah breeders and ask if they know more about it.

EDIT: Looking at that site, I want a Habari. But 12-15K for a pet is pretty steep.

Sister had one F4, thing is crazy, but hella fun.

I have an f4 male named reggie that I got from arizona about 6 months ago he is around 8 months of age now and at the vet checked in at 24 lbs, he is really long and lanky but tall, with huge ears and is a freaken handfull, This is my second one, and If you have kids or small ones in the house these cats might not be for you if its under an f3. My friend had an f2 savanna that was fucking wild, and could tear a grown man into peices if it wanted too. People do not realize how much time these cats take, they need alot alot of attention or will go fucking nuts, they are active and love to play at anytime.

and thats not a savanna.

My grandparents had an Abyssinian. She was cool as hell. Little cat, but a climber. She spent very little time on the floor, and would walk around 3 sides of the room using bookcases, tables, and chairs when she could, rather than touch the ground. AWESOME jumper, she'd get head high with ridiculous ease.
