The mossberg 500 is pretty customizable. You can mount a light to the barrel using a fairly inexpensive mount such as the one here . GL with the sale. I'd say 4-6lbs if that off pull. Not sure if they lightened it or not, but the pistol grip kinda helps out. I'm used to AR style triggers/stocks, so it was quite easy being on target with the tactical 500. Lemme do some checking for you to see if you can lighten them up a hair.
