Casper
I have a G3 iBook, a few older PII/PIII PC laptops, some networking stuff, etc. I'm not sure what DSLR I want, but I've been looking at the Nikons, Canons, and Pentaxes. I'm not picky at this point.

Kev, I bought a Canon. I picked up the 350D 8.1MP. I figure its a good place to start. Anyways, I'm still selling the computer junk. I'll post up a thread tomorrow with the list of stuff. I have lots of misc stuff I need to get rid of.
Clifford Automotive
Ahh yes the XT its a perfect place to start. I have plenty of lens you can borrow to try out. The kit lens its actually a pretty decent lens. I would recommend picking up a 17-85IS. Its a nice quality all around rugid lens. And you'll have a better walk-around piece of glass.
