HAOLE
Putty, Since were are heading towards a socialistic America, I am going to come over tonight and pick up the Kimber. You have it, and I really need it, it is not fair that you have it and I dont. To be fair to the greater good (mine), I will take possession of the item, we will just call the transfer of wealth a tax.

Putty
Damn...I could use that right now. Anywho, that is tangible, BUT....using the scenario you started....If I had 500 Kimbers and you had one or none and you asked me for one. I'd give it to you cause in reality it isn't hurting me one bit or affecting me using the other ones..along with that, if I have 500 of them and gave you one, most likely I can replace the one I gave you and still not miss a beat. If I didn't give it to you and you took your money and bought one....maybe you won't eat tonight, get no gas today, etc. cause you are now totally broke. The point is they are your kimers and your worked for them not me. If I want a kimber I need to get a job, save money and buy one for myself. I should not feel the need to take yours. As you can see from his replys. What you want, Putty, is the understanding and compassion between human beings and the need/want to help others less fortunate. (Nobody's saying to give something to someone who does nothing.) For some reason, even though this is taught in religion/church, Rick seems pretty opposed to the thought. Practice what you preach Rick. Your bigotry and hypocrisy isn't even amusing anymore. So many seem to think just because your poor or need a little help, means you're worthless and/or lazy. I'm sure every CEO, etc deserves every penny they make off the backs of the lower class. Many of these "lower" and "middle" class workers is what keeps this fucking economy going. Just because my tires are cheaper than my engine doesn't make them any less important. Fucking ignorance. Let's punish everyone for a few bad seeds. That does not mean someone else should force you to, nor should they determine where your money goes. What meaning does it have when you gain others' tax money rather than having someone else literally lend a helping hand?
CRed05
they should just tax everyone the same Yes, as a percentage. That way the more you make, the more you pay, but its still the same percentage for everyone and therefor fair. Seems to be working for drivetrain loss. 87GT
I will vote for obama in a heart beat if I get a Ferrari. SpaceGhost
Well because I am voting for Obama, I've become a extreme leftwing ultra liberal commie. I'm wondering if the republican party is going to reanimate McCarthy. Edit: I meant McCarthy. The reality is the wife and I are "Middle Class" and Obama wants to leave my health care alone. That's enough for me and the wife. I'd like my dollar to go a little farther. I already own my guns. Not worried someone is going door to door to collect them. McCain is out of touch with me, he's old and has a significant chance of kicking the bucket in office, I am not qualified to be President and neither is the "Hockey Mom PTA Beauty Queen" Palin. Besides, McCain ain't doing any reforming with a democratic congress. Time to turn the clock back to 93. Obama it is.
