Ashley
Any of you guys think a simulator would actually help you race better? I'd like try it out just because it looks a little fun. http://www.simcraft.com/apex-sc830.aspx GIZMODO: We have seen racing simulators plenty of times in the past, but few can offer a vomit-inducing three degrees of freedom (roll 40°/pitch 25°/yaw 40°) like the Apex SC830. In fact, the SC830 is so realistic in its motion that it is good enough to train racing professionals. It features a custom USB "Plug-and-Play” hardware interface, high-fidelity motion actuators and knuckles, easy to enter and exit cockpit, adjustable mounting surfaces and a lightweight tubular aluminum framework (I'm sure it also costs a fortune). The SC830 is expected to launch during this year's CES. http://gizmodo.com/5110291/simcraft-apex-racing-simulator-offers-vomit+covered-thrills

sol740
I've tried of bevy high-promise, low-deliver "simulators" in my past. I've always been left burned and unsatisfied. Srsly though, do want.
kenny
Gay. I'd much rather buy a shifter kart - and I plan too, once the El Camino is ready to haul one in style.

Doug1647545489
A full motion simulator is $25-30k. No thanks. I'll take a rea track car instead and my G25/race seat set up instead.

Christ, I could buy a kart, a track bike and a track car for that.
