The phone or soap? It still is this way. I went to 4 different places trying to get an 8gig for $199 and it could not be done because Im an ATT customer already. Im looking at you spaceghost This is why I still have a Sony Walkman phone, though I'm on AT&T and the wife has an iPhone. I know better than to be an "early adopter" especially with apple products.
