Quick run down: 1970 split level with and addition in Powell Sits on 2 acres with a pond. 2900 sq ft 4 bedroom 3 full bath huge bar Finished lower level hot tub **House warming party will be in late April or Early May** Pics up shortly... WTF is with the previous owners spending a bunch of money on Granite counters and not updating the appliances. Drives me nuts when people are asking 300k for their house, and the appliances are some old white crap. We are looking @ some more tomorrow; one is in Powell.
