Yea I remember about a year before the election it was $1000. But they spent a lot of money on ad campaigns for the election and are probably anticipating having to spend more and more to block anti gun legislation.

if you go to the local shows, a 1 year is like $25 as opposed to $35 of you mail in/sign up on the web. that and you get cheaper or free admission to the show.
