Looks good Brian, is there room for more boost?

pulley size

64mm / 2.5" ~ 27.5 psi

70mm / 2.75" ~ 25 psi

75mm / 2.95" ~ 22.5 psi

80mm / 3.15" ~ 20 psi

85mm / 3.35" ~ 17.5 psi

89mm / 3.5" ~15psi

hp or tq?

2 of the higher dynos from cobaltss.net listed below. Probably not very "safe" tunes but the TVS is indeed breaking 400 whp. More typical results are 325-350whp.

407 whp, 387 wtq

414 whp, 378 wtq

Any possibility this is on a 2.4SS/NA and not the SS/SC? Might account for the power difference.

Just throwing out things since it seems to be WAY off.

my question is at what RPM i've heard of some of these guys reving to 7500. and are they running meth? now i know thats not going to account for 100 more HP but this does only have a 3in pulley.

I honestly expected more. Aftermarket blower, big injectors, full exhaust...I expected a lot more.

For comparison we just did a stock-ish (Might have had a couple bolt-ons) '08 SS that put down right around 315fwhp a couple days ago.

7000 is safe

7200 is common to avoid hitting the rev limiter at 7k

7500 isn't very smart in my opinion... but people do it.

meth is common in a lot of setups but at the very least this guy should be running dual pass cooling (option B) with a heat exchanger.

he should also have an LS4 throttle body on there and a high-flow cat or cat delete.
