zeitgeist57
"Alright, Goodyears...all 4 of you need a ride downtown tomorrow morning for installation. Both 285's get in the back. Alright, one of you 255s get in the passenger seat......uh oh.....where are we going to put the last tire???" http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=8&pictureid=2155 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=8&pictureid=2154
jeffro
is that rear windshield supposed to be popped up like that?
zeitgeist57
I have an aftermarket spacer that I can pop in place engineered to keep the rear hatch open a bit for ventilation. Thankfully, it also allows a very crucial inch of extra clearance for two tires in the rear. http://www.mamotorworks.com/corvette.html?frame=3.772&searched=rear%20window%20spacer

KillJoy
Why didn't you just purchase the Tires from Derek, THEN have him install them? KillJoy
Smokey
HAHAHA. Funny to see Clay, but I can certainly relate. There wasn't even though room for one of my rear tires in the "hatch" area on the FD. I had one in the front seat and the other just kinda thrown behind the seats. Thank goodness I didn't have to try for all 4.
