Well my mom has her old house for sale. The house caught fire and took some extensive damage from the fire dept. She has no use for it and is not gonna penny up the funds to have rebuilt. She is letting the house go for $14k. Reasonable offers would be considered. You are more than welcome to go to the house and check it out for yourself.
