The Detroit-based company also said it spent $10.2 billion more cash than it took in from January through March, mainly because revenue dropped by a staggering $20 billion, or 47 percent. Everytime you buy an import an American loses their job (I wonder how much truth is in that statement???) It makes Uncle Sam cry red, white and blue tears. But as far as "import" is concerned, it's kind of a loose term being used these days. Toyota, honda, and Hyundai I believe have plants based here. I can't say I'm 100% loyal to any brand personally, but after owning a GM, I will deffinately own another one. Personally after owning a honda aswell, I'll never buy one again. Personally after owning a honda aswell, I'll never buy one again. i dont think a 83 honda that is on its last leg would count! hyundia has a plant here and the new kia plant is going up across the street! they will be a big factor to play against.
