,,,,,,comma,,,,,,
I'm looking at buying a boat that has a cracked block. It has a 350 in it and I was wondering how hard it is to take the motor out. It would be coming out of a 208 baja. Anyone have any experience with this, or would want to do this as a side job or something?
Gergwheel1647545492
Its pretty simple, easier than working on a car really. can be replaced with a 4-bolt 350 out of any car/truck. doesn't need to be a marine motor/block
Total Sign
Gessners boat? Add in heads. Moneywise your better off buying a new crate motor or a take out.
Clifford Automotive
You find this boat on CL? I've been emailing a guy back and forth about a baja that wasnt winterized. Junkyard block, build from there. Boats are easy once you figure out how to hoist it out.

Not sure what numbers you are talking, but the boat isnt worth more than 2k as is. FYI the 208's were offered with 502's, you would need a stronger drive, and they ride really rough.
