Alex L.
Don't do it, it's like fucking a porn star. Going back home driving your own car is like coming back to a fat bitchy wife. Or a slow Toyota. I still want to drive it.

Alex L.
what do you drive? '94 Supra as of late while the SC300 has been up with the turbo dilemma. If you go to Doc's, you should see both cars.
Alex L.
It will probably make me invest in a new ECU faster than I thought I was going to.
Alex L.
When I was 17 I drove a maroon 1989 honda civic that couldn't hit 100mph if it were falling from a military aircraft 30,000 feet high. You're lucky. I know I am lucky, I'll be the first to admit it. I still want to drive Ant's car though.

wnaplay1647545503
Is there actually duct that makes the connection or is it just more fresh air?
Draco-REX
Is there actually duct that makes the connection or is it just more fresh air? There's a duct. The LSx f-body airboxes have their opening towards the front. The hood has a cavity behind the nostrils that knocks the rain out of incoming air and has slots in the back that line up with the opening in the airbox. Ram Air hasn't really been *RAM* air for a long time. Really, it's just a way to get cold air fed directly to the airbox. Not that Ram Air is greatly functional. I think you get maybe 1psi of pressure at 100mph or something like that. The "Free Ram Air" mod works just as well as the hood, though the hood doesn't heatsoak the intake as quickly as the mod. 19TbirdSC91
One of my buddies had the scoops from one of those hoods put on the hood on his thunderbird, the guy that did it did an amazing job, you cant even tell they were added to the hood. http://www.sccoa.com/forums/showthread.php?t=106852
