Weight Loss questions.

I shed 30 pounds of fat in a couple months with diet and exercise alone. No pills.The hardest part was having the will power to not have that 2nd burger or not to have desert. I'll agree with most of what was said above. Eat 3 small HEALTHY meals through the day with HEALTHY snacks between. Grilled chicken and steamed veggies taste good and are a good meal. Do a couple cardio workouts a week (think 30-45 mins jogging or elipitical) and a couple fast paced, high-rep, (fairly) low weight resistant training workouts. Building muscle may not directly cut weight, but what do you think that muscle burns throughout the day?
