2 inches in the front, 1.5 in the rear. Trust me, its low! And yes springs is all you need to install besides tools.

when you do it you have to be VERY careful with the bearings at top.

yeah you will need to get the rear camber plates for that kind of a drop. mazdaspeed makes one and so does progressive ( 2 that I remember off the top of my head).

nick and i have SPC camber links. Mazdaspeed ones are non adjustable.

like this? does it only need them for the rear or will the front need something to adjust the camber as well??

any of you mazda guys willing to give me a hand installing if i end up going this route? ive got a garage with a good amount of tools, and i think i even have spring compressors, although i think im missing one, but i could get another set

Yes, those are what you want. If you go onto the mazda3forums.com, check out TIMotorsports. They have them for $160 shipped.

You supply food/beer and I'll give you a hand too. I've done a few spring swaps myself.

i can do that...

so nothing needed for the fronts? just the one set for the rear? i went on the M3 forum and i saw a sponsor section for THmotorsports, but not TI. link?

so this would work? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SPC-REAR-CAMBER-KIT-FORD-FOCUS-MAZDA-3-MAZDA-5_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ65Q3a12Q7c66Q3a2Q7c39Q3a1Q7c72Q3a1205Q7c293Q3a1Q7c294Q3a50QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem29ffe72319QQitemZ180386997017QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

as long as it wont affect tire wear up front, thats fine with me. i just want to lower her car to look better...shes not going to go out and auto-x it or anything...and since her dad just got her some new tires, i want to try to keep them in good condition for the life they're supposed to get.
