This is very true. It's almost 80 years old, so I think it's pretty unrealistic to think that you're going to be able to double your investment if you want to sell. I bought my 51 in 1992, and trust me, there was no way I could have ever forseen how much money it was going to cost to build. And it was only 41 years old at the time. I say do it though, it definitely has potential. Like Scott said, put a Ford motor in it, or better yet a flathead. That would definitely be period correct.
