If he removes it inside of your month, you win. If you conspire with him you forfeit and are banned. Yes, he will tell me - we're brothers and Jewish. No limit on how far ahead you can buy, but this covers just the next removal, not subsequent removals (there certainly will be more). You will be expected to meet up after the removal and pay up, but if you're nice you'll buy everyone a drink. I'm buying May, 2010. No other conduct rules.
