DOZZER
why didnt you guys use one of your bigger wreckers? That truck has a 45,000 lb winch line and doesn't take up two lanes of traffic to get the proper angles needed to remove the wreck. We use it and another truck set up just like it in situations like this so we can keep traffic flowing.
DOZZER
What the fuck did that tow truck do to the road?!?!? That was on the berm. The down spayed is used to keep the truck planted to pull large amounts of wieght. There are only two trucks in Columbus area that have spayeds that large and we have both of them. Smaller spayeds don't keep the truck planted and allows the truck to slide which is very dangerous. ODOT was there and made the needed repairs to the berm and guard rail as soon as the wreck was cleared.
Clifford Automotive
That truck was used in the blizzard 5 or so years ago, when we had a truck stuck in the dock. The spayed did its job. Pumping fuel from the driver's side tank. Some of us work before noon So you were the "guy holding his hose" like normal?
