don't really know much on how to describe it but it's silver.. lights up blue... and I'm pretty sure you can even detect any traces of bodily fluids with it too!

 

But seriously you can adjust vtec engagment points I know that much.... adjust fuel, and other stuff.

 

 

If anyone needs a pic I'll get them one. It's in good shape. Comes with a 40 some page print out for it too.
