They cannot charge you for what you don't have, plus I am mad at Verizon right now anyway so I like to ding them for everything they got. They cannot charge you for what you don't have, plus I am mad at Verizon right now anyway so I like to ding them for everything they got. You just saved a $1.61 after probably spending 15 minutes on hold messing with the IVR, 4 minutes waiting to be transferred to the right department, 5 more minutes while the rep had to figure out how to properly issue a $1 credit, 1 minute while you were being told your new balance, then 30 seconds writing these posts telling us you got a $1 credit.
