BloodRed
A co-worker of mine is looking for an Ipod Interface Adaptor for her 2006 Ford Escape. It has the basic factory stereo and she is not looking to change that out. I have done some searching, but have not been able to find something specfic to her year and type of stereo. She said the radio does have an "AUX" button, but there is no jack on the stereo that she can see. I have not pulled the back of the stereo to find out if there is a AUX plug in or anything like that. I figured it would worth a shot to check here if anyone has any ideas. ponyjr1647545514
Through your factory ford dealer you can have a cord installed. I believe there are aftermarket ones too. I bet if they push the button right now it says "no aux" like my mustang. I found best buy has them.?
Guest Removed
try seeing if the plug is on the back of the radio..if not call ford and ask them about it
OSUGT
I had pickups plus install an ipod adapter for a customer with an 06 Fusion. As long as there is an "aux" button, it should be compatible. Give Kyle or Scott a shout at PPC. 740-549-2828
XChris1632X
I will look it up when I get to work tom. Most of the ones that have an aux button have a plug somewhere already installed. Some are even in the center console or glove box. If its not in there factory, bring it down to Krieger and we will hook it up I am sure no prob. BloodRed
Yeah it does have that AUX button, but there is no jack that we could find anywhere in the car. She did go to Best Buy and they told her her car was to old for them to look up anything on it. I can install the cable no problem, just trying to find exactly what I need before I pull the radio out.
