I used to complain about paying when I didn't use it, but the few times I have used it. It has been a complete lifesaver. Had a head gasket blow on my old DD and they were there within the half hour, I was roughly 45 minutes south of Columbus. Towed it all the way back to Grandview for me at no cost but one of my tows.
