Aluminum Fencing Guys I need you HELP! 56k beware

Alright, back story is I was working on a ride behind Vermer and it hit a aluminum fence and bent one piece and dented two others. The company who put it in said that it needs a whole new section put it.

 

I was wondering if anyone here has worked with this type of fencing before. I thought maybe it could be cut where the T is on the fence and a new piece either bolted on or welded.
