Yes they should have fulltime plow drivers for citys that get snow like that BUT here is the problem.......

 

Ohio schools close and delay for 1-2"s of snow.....last time I checked...cars/trucks were like 6" min (if even that low) from the ground sooooo whats the prob? They're panseys.

 

this is only common practice in central and southern Ohio. Up on the lake it takes alot more snow for things to close down.
