zeitgeist57
I was hoping to get a firesale price on a used 9-5 Aero wagon with a 5speed when SAAB failed, but I guess the brand lives on. http://www.autoblog.com/2010/01/26/breaking-gm-reaches-agreement-to-saab-to-spyker/

CRed05
I'm glad. I think SAAB is too good of a car to just go away. Will be interesting to see what the Spyker Saabs look like.
Littleguy
I can't say I "like" any SAABs, but I'm glad any companies that makes strange cars is still around.

Flyin Miata
Maybe they'll bring back the Sonett . One of the coolest quirky cars ever built. http://www.saabhistory.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/09/sonett1.jpg

Crossle
That is great news, I really liked what SAAB was doing in the last few years. I really enjoy their cars, would of hated to see them go.
Fiji ST
Damn, Spyker got that Saab for CHEAP. Can't wait to see the new 9-5 on the showroom though.
GonneVille
Wow, I like this! Spyker is weird enough on their own that they probably won't sacrifice SAAB's trademark design quirks, and they've certainly shown they can build extraordinary cars. I would have preferred that Koenigsegg bought them, though. Christian Koenigsegg built himself an insanely successful company in a very short time, and Bard Eker(majority owner) is one shrewd motherfucker.
