I guess it might be something to consider. OUTSTANDING!!!! Something to definitely consider. Thanks for posting. It's not me that wants the 3rd row (it's the wifey!)...we currently have a 2005 Caravan with over 117k miles...and most of the time we drive with the 3rd row outta the van! I just want to see if I can get everything I would want* in a family hauler. *Note: "everything I want" does not include backup sensors, OnStar or GPS, rearview cameras, hybrid powertrains, hill descent control, power sliding doors, fold-flat seats, or any of the other crap options that auto manufacturers think I want to pay $25-$30k for. zeitgeist57
I challenge anyone to find me the following: 1) SUV, minivan, wagon (4x4/AWD not required, but nice) 2) 3 rows of seating (6-8 passenger) 3) Manual Transmission - stick shift, 3 pedals...no manu-matic garbage! 4) MY 2002 or newer BONUS ITEM: Leather seats. That's it. Aside from the Mazda5 and older Saab/Volvo wagons, I can't find a consistent model line that offers those items in one vehicle. I challenge anyone to find me something. The toughest combo is 3 rows of seats and manual transmission...am I really that demanding to ask for a family hauler with a true manual transmission? I know I am not alone. Driving an automatic is boring, soul-sapping work... Aaron, check my OP.

We can always do an auto, but my wife and I both drive manuals and enjoy them...might as well take advantage of this blessing when getting another car...
