zeitgeist57
If you want to start an LLC, let me know...my wife can help walk you through all the business formation details...she is an attorney with her own practice. Once you are incorporated, you'll need to file for income taxes every year. Aside from that, I'm not sure what sort of licensing or vendor registration you would need to run an online business. I can't imagine anything being required... Edited February 16, 2010 by zeitgeist57 should mention my wife is an attorney specializing in this field. iwishiwascool
It is more than simple to do it yourself. Ohio has a website dedicated to it: Link We can't tell you whether you would need a vendor or dealer license without knowing the type of industry. The cost to form an LLC I believe was $75. KillJoy
I believe Kathleen A. Johnson - Attorney at Law can help you out with this. KillJoy
AWW$HEEET
I think LLCs are like $125, you fill out a few forms and the business is yours. edit: One thing I never understood was how people create an LLC called like "Gabe Industries" but then the business is called something completely different like "XYZparts.com"
