Since his accident I have just started using the smith machine if i dont have a spotter. Its deffinitly not the same but his accident scared the crap out of me. What would have happened if he didnt have someone close to him that knew what to do and roll him on his stomach. I heard that saved him from drowning on his own blood. Pretty scary stuff.
