ImUrOBGYN Posted March 22, 2010 Report Share Posted March 22, 2010 315 gets way backed up around 750 if your anywhere near rush hours traffic. 23 has gotten much worse north of 750 due to all the new lights for new neighborhoods and business. I stay away from 23 as much as possible. I like to use 315 at certain times, otherwise, Old State or 257 depending on where i'm going. There's always 745, too, depending, once again.
