Reading the manufacture specs and info on the rifle he used though, I'm not that surprised. Accuracy International prides themselves in making rifles that are at peak accuracy, even when firing from a cold bore. Just remember, these aren't your backyard pop can, .22 plinkers. These are highly refined and technologically advanced firearms. In most cases the accuracy of these weapons is only limited by the shooter himself.
