evan9381 Posted June 4, 2010 Report Share Posted June 4, 2010 just to preface this, im about completely retarded when it comes to computer problems... so when i get home today, realize theres an issue w/ kaspersky. check online, try to uninstall then reinstall, nada. call the 800# (at 1:45am), get someone, who speaks english (holy shit), clearly! did the whole "remote access" type thing, got my issue fixed within about 10 minutes (most of the time waiting on something to install or restarting computer). awesome that i was able to call at almost 2am and get my issue resolved right then.
