I love the way the amber looks on white, but it just doesn't work with the gold. I guess I'll have to find some bulbs for the clears that don't drive me nuts. Have you looked into a quality pair of LEDs for the front? They are truly clear when off, yet some of the 360degree LED's put out a good amount of light when illuminated...
