87GT Posted July 28, 2010 Report Share Posted July 28, 2010 This year on 71 and 270 I have been seeing a lot of disabled cars without a tire on them (more then normal). I don't see any evidence if the tire blowing and leaving rubber all over the road. The cars are not on jack stands or anything and the rotor is in contact with the ground. Are people really stealing tires from disabled vehicles and why are they only taking one? And whatever happened to using bricks or coke bottles to hold up the car?
