WideOpenThrottle
I have a 1995 Mustang with the 5.0; 5 spd. The car has 111,xxx on it. MSD Distributor, Ford Racing wires, and a fresh build on the top end 01 Buillit wheels with new tires up front and a new batter! I simply have too many toys and the girlfriend says some have to go! The car has some of the clear coat peeling off on the passenger fender, hood, and the spoiler, no where else. It is a little out of time but that's an easy fix, I don't have a timing light or I would fix it myself. Any questions please feel free to ask! Thank you! Will trade for a Expedition or other SUV... http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e297/jclay_13/3nc3k03p45Z45W45R4a6r14beee99828a15a0.jpg http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e297/jclay_13/3n33m93p15O15V15W6a6rea4e1fc752861b43.jpg http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e297/jclay_13/3n03m63o25Y65O35R2a6rc8a212261fb2197b.jpg http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e297/jclay_13/3m73p23lf5Y65W45X1a6r8e0f2285c6401c1d.jpg

WideOpenThrottle
Interior is pretty Clean. It's black on top of gray with gray seats and carpet. The drivers seat feels like a heavier guy drove it. I can send you picture mail of interior if you want?

WideOpenThrottle
Why is it so hiked up in the ass? There are two 1" rubber isolators in the rear springs. I don't know why but the last guy who owned it had it that way.

WideOpenThrottle
It is a V6 Chassis with everything swapped out of a GT put into this shell. It has she cluster, center console with the fog light switch in the console, brakes ext. It also has the 8.8 rear end out of GT. Clean title. And there is a touch of surface rust start to come through on the fender where the clear coat came off; there are 3 small spots, no bigger than a quarter. coltboostin
If I didn't have 10 fucking cars right now, I'd buy it. YES, even me! What does the thing weight? What are the differences B/W this 5.0L and a say 90 5.0L? Block stronger?
WideOpenThrottle
Colt you should still buy it! When ya have 10, One more doesn't make a difference. The "Internet Auto Guide" says the curb weight is 1,396 (kg) which is 3,071.6 pounds off of the assembly line. 5.0 vs. 5.0 . . . What's the Difference? SN95 Mustang Project Guide Looks like any ordinary 5.0 long-block, doesn't it? Look again. Subtle differences, such as the water pump, timing cover, and even many of the accessory brackets (not shown) set the '94-'95 engines apart from their predecessors and limit the opportunities for using those parts from earlier cars, which can be a bummer if something like a water pump is needed in a crunch. The owner of this ride is stepping up his game with the addition of aluminum heads, a few more cubes-this one is bored and now displaces 306 ci-a good crank/rod/piston trio and, of course, a centrifugal supercharger. While '87-'93 5.0 engines share displacement specs with their '94-'95replacements, Ford infused a few changes in the later engines that limited the amount of interchangeability between the early and SN-955.0s. The intake manifolds, air-inlet tubes, and throttle bodies are different-'94-'95s featured a 70mm throttle body, an upgrade from the60mm stock units on earlier 'Stangs-as are the location of the ACT sensor and the distributor SPOUT. The '94-'95 front accessory brackets are different-about 1 1/4 inches closer to the engine-and, in a flip-flopped version of the mounts found on '87-'93s, the A/C compressors its low and the power-steering pump is mounted higher. The new car marked the introduction of the electric cooling fan instead of a mechanical, clutch-fan setup, and alternators were upgraded to 130A from65A. The '94-'95 Mustangs had a unique bellhousing to accommodate a5/8-inch longer input shaft in their T5 transmissions. So,theoretically, only '94-'95 T-5s and bellhousings can be used in either-year Mustang. The most important differences in engine parts are probably in the timing cover and water pump. Usually, they are parts that were changed in engine builds and water-pump or timing-chain replacements. Because of the '94-'95 water pump's reverse-rotation, however, attempting to use any other nonspecific 5.0 pieces will not work. http://www.mustang50magazine.com/featuredvehicles/m5lp_0606_1994_1995_mustang_project_guide/computer_science.html '85 (4V only) and '86 through late '92 models had forged pistons and Late '92 (model year) and up pistons are cast hypereutectic aluminum. That's all that I know. Hopefully someone else will chime in with more information.
