I also have an eagle summit AWD 5 speed that most likely needs a distributor and the down pipe has a leak. We put a used dizzy in, it ran, but cut out sometimes. It will idle/free rev all day. Under load though it the engine cuts sometimes, at this point $500 would take it. It has a 2.4L 4G64, yes ALMOST a 4G63. IIRC it has about 150K miles, we have records since about 55K miles here at the shop and yes the timing belt/w.p/rollers were done in these service records on schedule.
