A lot of times you are limited in what you can do to the engine until you are bumped into the next class. These cars aren't fast because they make a bunch of power. They are fast because they have a ton of body and suspension work with slick race tires. This thing will lap (much) faster than a vette on 'street' tires around Mid Ohio. downingracing Posted August 18, 2010 Author Report Share Posted August 18, 2010 Car has been raced with the 'stock-ish' motor and with a 400whp motor. Car has all the right go-fast parts on it. You couldn't buy the upgrades and spares for 2x the money. Then you'd still need a clean shell to build. This car belongs to a friend of mine. I've seen it from original build to now.
