I plan on playing Fallout before too long especially now that they have the GOTY edition bundle. If it's standalone, I'll wait. Gotta play/finish the first one. It is standalone and takes place a few years later in the story. So far none of the characters from Fallout 3 are in here. You could play this without playing 3 and it wouldn't matter. But I would play fallout 3 and all the addons first Has anyone figured out if any NPC collects Prewar books like fallout 3? I've been hording any I find and saving them in my house. 87GT Posted October 20, 2010 Author Report Share Posted October 20, 2010 It does have some bugs. I got stuck in a big bolder fighting a scorpion. I jumped on the rock so he couldn't attack me.
