You can still register if you want. $50 paid at the door in cash only. You have to pre-register by e-mail or phone. Contact info on their website http://www.athomeccwohio.com From what I have been told Ohio honors the UT permit. Correct me if I am wrong but UT has a 3rd party database for the permit holders.
