It has to be from gun shop to gun shop. (Or FFL to FFL) The bad news, is many gun shops will not do that for free. The shops on both ends will probably want money for doing this. If you are on good terms with a gun shop, the FFL there might do it for free. If you know a friend or acquaintance that is an FFL, ask them to do it.
