We really need to get over this whole "waiting years" to see a dr and how the government tells you who you can see as this is simply false fearmongering. 110% proof in point you have no clue. I'll defer back to my having lived in Toronto where you have not. Add living in the Great White North for 3 years to the list of things you need to do before you speak.
