Buck531
I know there are mostly dudes on here but the wife and I were thinking something for the home. These are all completed by my wife. Some of them are pretty detailed and she can do just about anything if you can either find the kit or a pattern. I'm not selling them on here yet so don't bitch about a vendor fee. I'm just trying to get an idea of how much you think these things are worth. The kits are around $20-$25 and some of them take a good amount of time to complete. Probably 2-3 weeks. These were in a bucket that she's done over the years and can be pressed out and put in a nice frame to hang in the house. I've looked on ebay and the cheap small ones go for $4.95 + $3 shipping. I was thinking for some of the more larger and detailed they could go for $30 + 20 for the frame.? Here's a few of the ones she has done. Total she probably has about 75 or so. http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/kk314/buck531/cross%20stitch/100_1175.jpg http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/kk314/buck531/cross%20stitch/100_1177.jpg http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/kk314/buck531/cross%20stitch/100_1183.jpghttp://i283.photobucket.com/albums/kk314/buck531/cross%20stitch/100_1187.jpg http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/kk314/buck531/cross%20stitch/100_1190.jpg For the rest of the samples I just took pics of : http://s283.photobucket.com/albums/kk314/buck531/cross%20stitch/
Mr. Jones
I'd say about 75 cents.
Buck531
I'd say about 75 cents. My wife can make one of either A: a pussy or B: a tiny dick for you if you'd prefer that.

I am sure they have a name, have you searched ebay and other similar sites to see if anyone else is making any money off them? They're called Cross-stitching. Yeah I looked on ebay and the really cheap small ones are going for $5 plus $3 shipping. Not sure on the larger, more detailed ones.
sgtschulze
I personally always thought of cross-stitching as a hobby somewhat like model cars. They have value but any buyer will be limited in qty and very discrete. Your best bet....wait until spring and put them in the yard sale. Richard Cranium
I know my girlfriend is always looking for knickknack dust collector shit to hang around the house (so I won't be showing her these, sorry). I'd say make a guess at how much time she has invested in each one times minimum wage, add the cost of the kit and frame. It is probably more than people would be willing to pay, but it's a starting point. You're probably better off selling them if you take custom orders, especially if she will customize them (add peoples names for instance).
