Doc1647545523
http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/new%20pens/group.jpg This will be my last "plug" on CR for my buddy who has started a part-time business handcrafting writing instruments. A few of you got free pens from him, and a number of CR members have since purchased pens and mechanical pencils from him. Lots of photos are on my first thread about him (page 2 has additional photos): http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=79056 His e-store is up and running, although the photos aren't the best: http://www.custompencrafter.com/ What you order online today, he will priority ship tomorrow, usually 2nd day delivery in Ohio. Lots of pens just under $20 up to $50. Gift boxes range from free up to handmade wooden inlaid boxes. I've purchased around 30 pens from him for my personal use, and they're mostly the large, pricey ones, up to $175. Obviously, I think they are well worth it (some comparable ones are over $500 on other retail sites). If you have an interest in a pen such as that, let me know and I'll bring a few along to Cars & Coffee Saturday. They have no signs of wear, and I'll box them as new, throw in a couple of refills, and you're just left to wrap them for Pop. I'll have him make ones to replace whatever might be bought from my own supply. Unfortunately, he can't custom make you a pen by Christmas, but his online store is pretty well stocked. http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/new%20pens/PICT0004.jpg http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/new%20pens/PICT0006.jpg http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/new%20pens/buckeyeburldivided2.jpg http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/new%20pens/PICT0009.jpg

Doc1647545523
No, I don't have any of the rifle pens. I texted him to see if he had any in stock not listed on the website. I know he sold a boatload at the Christmas craft fair in Grove City last Saturday. I know he has the kits in stock. If he has the wood in stock, too, he can prolly have it at the end of the week for you. If not, it would be 2 weeks because he'll have to have the wood shipped to him. I'll PM you when he texts me. Clifford Automotive
I'd like a good pen, with my business name engraved into it... Hmm.
Otis Nice
Won't make it to C&C Doc. I WILL be getting one of these. If you haven't seen them in person the pics don't do justice.
Doc1647545523
He texted me this morning and said he has a dozen 30-06 pens in stock, all in the darker woods, except he has one spalted maple (light wood). He can make you one this weekend if he has the wood you want in stock. If he has to order the wood, it would be after Christmas before he could deliver the pen. Thanks for the interest. The people who have purchased these pens have all told me they're very happy with them.
Doc1647545523
how much??? His website lists all prices for the specific pens in stock. They start at 19.95. The majority of his fancy pens are in the $35-50 range. The extra large ones that I like, with the 22k filled hardware and exotic woods, run in the $100-$180 range. The 30-06 casing pens are $35-39, depending on the wood you want. Here is the curly maple that Car Whore asked about: http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r445/martyr65/pens/curlymaplebright.jpg
