copperhead
Not exactly right around the corner, but I've had good luck with this place: http://www.alltails.com/ Food is included in the price unless you want to use your own, plus they can have your dog groomed when you pick it up. It's a nice, clean facility. I liked it, would use again.
SpaceGhost
There is a huge pet place you can see from 670 into downtown from Gahana on the right hand side. I think it's a pet Spa, I would think it's pretty good maybe worth a call.

He's about 53lbs right now and 8 months old. Acts like a lab and is built like one too. http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/131455839/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/130499522/original.jpg
V8 Beast
He got big! I remember the pics of him as a puppy. We've has Zeus for two years (left). Just got Spud from CAHS 3 weeks ago. He's the only dog that didnt cower from Zeus' 100lbs, over agressive behind. Plus he is great with kids so we so we kept him. http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i89/xxtheonlyxx/IMG_20110222_231322-1.jpg?t=1299368806 poopy cell phone pic

Trouble Maker
Do you know any younger (20-25ish YO) responsible people that could use a few extra bucks? Have you considered having them house/dog sit? They get to stay in probably a much nicer place than they normally do. You get peace of mind that your dogs and house are well take care off. It might cost you about the same; food plus a few bucks a day.. idk, $10 or $15. I'm not even sure how much boarding a dog cost. One of my g/f's best friends does this for some of her friends and it seems to work well.

Snowflake
I used to date a chick that was a pet home sitter. It gives a chance for the pets to stay at home. She would go to the peoples house as many times a day as the owner need her to and cost was based on this. My dog freaks out in kennels and I just cant put her through that ever again. I use a family member that shes familiar with.

I think your terrier might be part pit, I have a pit that looks exactly like yours (same build, just more black on her coat). There's three deviations to the breed if I remember correctly. CRAWDAD
we've used pet palace before and had no complaints I used the one that you can see from 270 between tuttle and cemetary rd. exits. I have 3 little dogs, put them in the same cage together. It was around $450 for 8 nights. Don't bother bring their favorite blanket or stuffed animal. Pet Palace will just wash it and them put it in a laundry basket above their cage. One of my dog loves to bark. I know he was barking all week, his voice was horse from barking all week. At first I thought he caught kennel cough, but a few days later his bark was back to normal. Some boarding places don't have cars sitting out front of their building on the weekends, I stayed away from them. Pet Palace wanted to know if I wanted to pay to take them outside a few more times then normal. (my thinking) If you only want to take them out 2 times a day, fine, you will be the one cleaning up the mess. They feed them IAMS, worked out great for me cause that is what I feed them. They are fed in paper bowls. You want to know how I know this. We seen on our dogs charts in big black letters. "NO PAPER BOWLS" my dogs love to shread paper when left alone. Came home one day and they ripped my daughters poster board for her school project into 1000 pieces. Over all I am happy with them and I will use them again.
