My dad is 63 yrs old, and can still throw a 2000 C5 FRC around the track, as well as his 911. M3 is mainly stock, because I run a stock class in autocross. I have been helping my friend this week put on ASR Rear sway, rear brace, and skunk 2 PRO C coilovers, rear camber kit, lower control arms, and upper control arms on his 97 3 door Civic. He's eventually wants to run Honda Challenge, but for now is running autocross. We were trying to get done before first event this Saturday.
