Need an Exhaust fab'd up

I need some help fab'ing up an exhaust (just the headpipe) for my NSR. Brian (fireman-343) has the exact exhaust I need made, so I really just need a copy of his head pipe. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good welder that wont charge me an arm n a leg?! Pipe diameter: 32mm or 1 1/4 inch.

What type of material do you want it made from? Stainless? Seamless tube? Ti?

I can get the measurements of the pipe... you'll also need to know what size flange to fit into the head... I've got a extra head I can send ya Eric and you can go off that !
